Kon-Tiki

Kon-Tiki is a Norwegian movie about Thor Heyerdahl´s expedition over the Pacific Ocean in 1947. The movie has been nominated to Golden Globe and Oscar for best foreign movie. No Golden Globe, so let´s cross our fingers for the Oscar.

I quite enjoyed this movie, and noticed the clothes, hair and style of the actors.

Actually, most of the movie, they wear a minimum of clothes, but the beard and hair gets more of.

Liv Heyerdahl was played by Agnes Kittelsen. Not a big role, but I managed to find some pictures of her outfits.

Daddy´s briefcase

This is my daddy´s briefcase, that he got as a gift for his confirmation in 1964.

I keep it hanging on the wall, cause I think it is very decorative, and even if I think it is very cool to use briefcases like this, I don´t have the heart to start using it. I am too afraid that it would be worn out.

Don Draper´s Manhattan apartment

I know probably most Mad Men fans already has seen the 5. season, but here in Norway I had to wait for the DVD´s to come out. I am a bit slow, but during the Christmas holidays I watched all episodes on two days.

How about that apartment in Manhattan? Oh, dear. The new wife throwing a surprise party to Don, singing Zou Bisou Bou. That was definitely the highlight this season.

But here are som pictures I have found of Don and Megans amazing apartment.
